About the event
SCHEDULE
10:30am - Arrive
11am - Smoking ceremony & official opening, including speeches from the garden committee chair Rory Fitzsimons, Mayor Moira Were and Hon Susan Close, Deputy Premier.
12:30pm - Lunch with music provided by Willunga Ukes
1pm - Garden tour
1:30pm - Choice of workshop:
- Orchid basics with Trevor Garard & MC Blaze
- Pruning your fruit trees with Amanda Fleming
Also children’s activities, face painting, plant/seed sales, raffle, coffee cart & BBQ provided by Seaford Rotary.
PARKING
Please do not park on the CFS car park, Grange Ct, Somerton Ct, or the reserve itself.
Parking is available on Seaford Rd, Nautical Cres, Grand Blvd and Commercial Rd however walking, cycling or using public transport is encouraged.
